Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange.
  • In the case of damaged goods, we must be notified immediately (Upon receipt of the product)
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Perishable goods, such as Edibles, Vapes, and Supplements, cannot be returned once opened or used.

Return Requirements

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • Evidence in pictures (product and packaging) must be submitted.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing product not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a gift card, refund, or coupon code will be sent to you.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to post.
  3. Contact your bank; there may be processing delays.
  4. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at ediblesbar@outlook.com.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged and are unopened. For exchanges, please email us at order@ediblesbar.co.za to arrange a return of the item.

Shipping for Returns

  • Contact us at ediblesbar@outlook.com to arrange the return address.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
  • Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
