Refunds & Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange.
- In the case of damaged goods, we must be notified immediately (Upon receipt of the product)
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Perishable goods, such as Edibles, Vapes, and Supplements, cannot be returned once opened or used.

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
- Evidence in pictures (product and packaging) must be submitted.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing product not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Exchanges
